Osborn BTI Rock Breaker

Construction, demolition, and mining all demand BTI’s durable, high quality hydraulic breakers. The BTI hydraulic breaker design incorporates only two internal moving parts, offering reliability, long life, and ease of maintenance with an excellent power to weight ratio.

Each breaker has a wide range of oil flow and pressures, allowing for mounting of the same breaker on a wide range of equipment, suiting a variety of applications. The attachments mount on skid steers, backhoes, excavators, and loaders. Breakers are used to break concrete, to downsize quarry stone and to excavate rock for the installation of underground utilities.

With breakers available in twenty-one models from 475 joules to 18,306 joules energy class, you can be assured of finding just the right breaker for the application.

Rock Breaker Systems for Severe Duty Application

For stationary applications, BTI offers the MBS, PB, NT, TM, SX and TT Series Breaker Systems.

The TT and SX breaker systems are used in massive applications where extremely hard rock is present, or a large coverage area is required. These units can be equipped with a 6,100 joule to 13,560 joule energy class breaker.
